Bought this grill from a retailer.You would expect for the money a top notch product with support to match.My $500 Weber grilled performed better.The lynx grill constantly broke down in the first year.First the heavy stainless grill warped and broke - yes the welds snapped apart.Second, the ignitors for each of the burners broke down.Some of the ignitors wore out twice in one year.I use the grill about twice a week, but they shouldn't break down.Even when they worked, the grill was difficult to lite.Finally, over the winter, the entire electrical system broke down.Lynx initially was great and sent a repair person to replace, but after a while, stopped returning phone calls notwithstanding the lifetime warranty with original owner (I only owned for one year).I would not recommend this purchase

I received a grill for xmas, this reminded me of the gift I wanted so badly! It is so cute, it opens and closes, great quality.
I have had an excellent experience with this grill basket.It says not to put it in the dish washer, but as long as you oil the wooden handle after, it does fine.My only complaint is that if the contents are too small they slip throught the grate.Other than that, I love it.
I have used the fish basket about 5-10 times on my grill in the 1 month that I have owned it and already 2 of the wire mesh grids has come apart from the frame.I am sending it back for a refund.The product appeared to be well made, looked very nice and is heavy construction, however it did not last one month.Do not buy this product.
This is a great gadget to have if you like to barbeque a lot or a little.It's great for turning ribs, steaks, hot-dogs, etc.I looked through all of my local stores and could not find a tool like this anywhere so I started searching online.This is a great value at only $9.95.I found similar items that were shorter in length and longer in price.The meat flips quickly and effortlessly saving time and the length is perfect to reach over most grills without getting burned.
I had been looking for grill tools that are better than average mediocre made stuff (and would last the duration).This fork sure looks like it will -- and then some,I can see this one being passed on to my daughter (yes, it looks like that kind of forever quality).It is extremely well made (well finished stainless, nice wood carefully fitted to the full tang handle, etc.).The only downside is that it is really hefty (weighty) so you would not want to use it continually for a long period of time.
The surface is truly non-stick and that is impressive considering I use it on the grill. It is very nice to cook something like onions or shrimp on the grill and not have them fall thru the grates.The removable handle is great as I have a small grill and could not cover a pan with a handle.I highly recommend this.
